The Girl and the Invisible Heartstring

A fairy tale with a hidden warning... In a quiet forest village, a joyful girl named Emily meets a charming new friend named Jaq. As their friendship grows, Emily slowly drifts away from the people she loves - and unknowingly begins to lose the vibrant threads of her heart. Set in a magical world of Govye trees, secret markets, and enchanted threads, The Girl and the Invisible Heartstring is a fairy tale that gently explores the themes of trust, manipulation, and human trafficking. Through imagination and metaphor, this story opens the door to important conversations about safety, friendship, and finding your way back to freedom.

Written and illustrated by Fernando J. Moguel (aka Mr. Pendlum), created in partnership with RedM.
